Dear Sisters of the League,
It is a priviledge and a joy to serve you as President of our St. Catharines Diocesan Council of The Catholic Women's League of Canada for this term of 2017 - 2019.
The League is a treasure that I discovered 10 years ago. It was through a personal invitation on the feast of Our Lady of Good Counsel that I became a member of this faith filled organization.
It is my hope during this term that we will encourage more women of our Diocese to join the League and to discover and unwrap the beautiful gift of being a member. May we be inspired by the Holy Spirit to respond to God's call and continue to serve or brothers and sisters in Christ with joy.
Being a member is truly a treasure of friendship, spiritual growth and fulfillment which every woman should experience.
May our time together in prayer, deepe our love and relationship with Our Lord and may our Lady of Good Counsel, our patroness, guide us on our journey in the League for God and Canada.
